NoHo Arts District / Lankershim Corridor
Newer multi-family construction, builder-grade installations. Lots of GE Profile, KitchenAid, Whirlpool, Samsung and LG. Standard apartment-spec dishwashers and stacked washer/dryers. We do high volume here for property managers and individual condo owners. Work tends to be faster and more straightforward.
Studio City / Toluca Lake Border
Luxury territory. Heavy Sub-Zero / Wolf / Thermador installations. Older luxury renovations from 2000-2015 that are now hitting their service-cycle peaks. Same approach as our Sherman Oaks / Encino work — careful, brand-specialist, OEM parts.
Established North Hollywood (Magnolia / Riverside / Vineland)
Mid-century homes with mixed profiles. Some have original 1960s appliances we service (no, we’re not making that up — there are a surprising number of working 60-year-old built-ins in NoHo, and we keep them running). Others have full luxury renovations.

Industry-flexible scheduling. A lot of NoHo customers work in the entertainment industry — irregular hours, time-flexible needs. We do early morning service starts (7 AM), late afternoon windows, and Saturdays at no premium. That flexibility is valuable here.
